New Sensaphone 2800 offers stand-alone protection with no monthly fees

– Farm operators and growers can now remotely monitor barns, animal
pens, storage areas, greenhouses, and other facilities using wireless
sensor technology from Sensaphone. The new Sensaphone 2800, with eight
external inputs, including four wireless sensors, is the company’s first
remote monitoring system with wireless capabilities. It monitors
temperature, humidity, power, and other conditions for sudden changes
that can prove harmful to inventory and livestock. The wireless sensors
enable farmers and facility operators to protect their investment
without installing complicated wired systems.
The Sensaphone 2800 has no monthly fee
requirements and offers plug-and-play technology for easy setup. The
wireless sensors have a range of up to 300 feet, and an added repeater
can extend the distance up to one mile.
The system provides alarm event and
status updates via telephone and custom voice messages. Battery life is
up to three years, and the unit’s two-way technology automatically
monitors both battery level and sensor function. The Sensaphone 2800
withstands extreme conditions in its sealed, weatherproof, and lockable
enclosure, and the system includes a standard battery backup.
