“IMS-4000” is now replaced by a more powerful “IMS-4000E” series
Effective from 1 April, 2024

IMS-4000 series was first launched in 2001 and has been achieving significant sales volume in the past two decades. Two years ago, Sensaphone launched a more powerful new series, the IMS-4000E, and now it is time for a replacement of the old IMS-4000 series.

IMS-4000 series production and software maintenance was stopped. Users are recommended to replace the IMS-4001 Host with the more advanced and powerful IMS-4001E Host. The new “E” series devices are fully backward compatible with the original IMS-4000 series. A better user experience will be provided after the upgrade.
